Water: They do well when you almost forget about them. Allow soil to dry between waterings and take extra special care not to over water in winter. Water about every 3 weeks. Try to avoid getting leaves wet when you water.
Sun: Place your snake plants in indirect light (although they are tolerant of a variety of light conditions)
They grow in any light level, from low to high. They grow more quickly in brighter light, but strong direct sunlight burns leaves, especially when plants are outdoors. An ideal spot is about 10 feet away from a west or south window.
